For me, copying the files from the workshop directory to the game's directory made it work perfectly. That replaced the censored props that had already been used in game and made the modded ones available.

Sorry: maybe I'm doing something wrong, but: I bought the uncensored medals on the store but I'm not being able to place them on the stands. I could only place one but, after leaving the museum and coming back, it turned back into the censored one :(
