There's a distinct lack of jacket cosmetics for Heavy, where the arms go down to the full length of them. So this would be nice to see added.

Looks clean and well modeled. I also appreciate making the paint region discrete and the team colors close to the original.

I think the slider on the zipper should be smaller, like 50 or 25 just percent smaller than the current size but the jacket is very nice overall. Well done
