Or as my girlfriend just pointed out, you may be missing the assets required to play the level. Which in that case you'll need to import the Counter Strike Source assets from the game over to Garry's Mod. There are a bunch of guides on this which you should be able to find pretty easy on the internet. I had this problem when I ran ph the first time.

You could report them to me and I'll get around to fixing it at some point, I have a Map Suggestions discussion for the map located above this. Or you could decompile the map, fix the errors and resubmit it. Or you could ignore them and accept them as part of the map.
