Ditto what SilverHawk posted. I even did "verify files", disabled all other mods, and the sponsor still does not show up in the list of Sponsors in the game setup.

Hello, I am trying to make my own custom sponsors for this game and I can't find any resources at all on how to do it. If anyone has any help to offer it would be greatly appreciated.

Just tried again. The sponcer does not show up however the cargo option of GM crops and the colonists option of Monks does indeed show up. Even after I deactivate the mod. Tried reactivating it after seeing this but still no sign of SEACA themselves as an opton. The SEACA bit does seem to be the only bit missing.

Can confirm from testing just now that this still does not work with RT. I did the whole load mods, press escape and reload thing beofre starting up a game. It shows up neither on the main sponcer selection list or the list if you sort everything in the advanced settings.

Does this work with Rising Tide?

SEA includes Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Timor Leste, Philippines, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam & Thailand.

Can i see a higher-res pic of the flag icon thing?

As I understood it, each faction leader would have their own voice and basic animations but after using this mod each leader just appears as a static image and no voices can be heard.
How can I fix it ? I wanna play this faction so much

The Nuevos Aires Coalition seems to work so the author (Shadow) could probably shed some light on what needs updating.

I doesn't show up as an option while setting up the game, none of the custom sponsors in the workshop do so Im guessing the devs changed something.

me don't have Rising Tide update yet. so can't test that that of JBCubbs said. it may some testing along Rising Tide update to find what affecting it inorder to fix. my new computer dose not have windows 7 or 8. windows ten and mircosoft edge do not allow plugins due to security concepts withs third party. older games get fiz out on anti-align thing and games often crash like (shutdown on ye) but not as often. have not play beyond earth under windows ten yet, but sid meiers starships ya.

Does an island count for the no cities three spaces away because not only does this faction spread like a virus, it likes to keep it's cities close, sometimes closer than I thought the game allowed.

I think it's just in the capital, so it'd be limited by your pop there unless we can figure out how to make health global

@Blackwatch The impression I got from the Friaxicon panel on the Great Mistake is that the devs imagined most of mainland SEA as part of Polystralia where as the the traditional Sinosphere (China, Vietnam, Mongolia, Japan, and Korea) made up the PAC.

yeah I just double check to make sure if any mods where conflicting with the UA and ran only this one, but I still did not get any health from virutes. I had 6 virtures in my game.

@TheMandarin The island Southeast Asian countries are part of Polystralia. The mainland Southeast Asian countries are, in the official lore, part of PAC, if anything.

Also the UA does not seem to be working for me. :(

I have a question. I was trying to change the Monks culture and food values to better match the changes that another mod I am using made to Colonist. I was able to change the values (cause they are taking effect in-game), but for some reason when I look at the Cargo screen it still shows +2 culture with +1 food. How do I change that to reflect the changes I made to the cargo? It's a pretty small thing, but it bothers. lol
