Yeah, I just edited where the lights are present, the actual city light textures are the same as vanilla and beyond my GFX editing ability to make look nice.

Make sure that steam downloaded it. Alternatively you might have to check the mod files itself to make sure that the descriptor file has the dependencies correctly imported.

t-rectadactyl - I'm fairly sure that's just not possible unfortunately.

can you make it compatible with the TFR map mod

I know it'd be far more trouble and headache than it's worth, but it'd be cool if a mod did this and had the lights change dynamically as a country's situation improved or deteriorated. Like growing if it's doing well and dimming if it's in a war or depression.
