The “trapper” aspect seems inappropriate for demoman tbh, but the beard and scars look really nice. I think it fits wayyyy better as a ship captain/fisherman in both looks and for the character.

Demo is really in need of a new beard that isn't All Father or Bearded Bombardier at this point.

Looks phenomenal! It feels like a mesh between the all-father and Bombardier, but considering demo's lack of facial cosmetics, it would be very welcome.
