dude the level 9 cpu is probably the most annoying fight i've ever partook in, it is straight brutal. I guess it's to be expected as between the near 0 amount of cooldown on teleport and the almost 100% that his projectiles and strongs can counter your approach he is absolutely overpowered, but like still i think its like level 9 kazuya level lol

the soft armor is just way too much, i think he should get 1 hit of it and then it should go on a lengthy cooldown, 10 seconds maybe, because having it is very dracula of him so i wouldnt want to take it away completely but it invalidating kragg rock is insane
