This map is really great. Well detailed apartments, great for like 10v10 and hostage than deathmatch etc.

No problem, thanks for the great work. There are probably limits to fixing the fps. I have a 4060. I wonder what the experience if with a 4090 or any of the supers. With 100 windows plus interior visible from every angle this will always be challenge.

Yeah, bot navigation is far from perfect, but currently I really have no capabilities in fixing the issues with it since nav_edit command doesn't work on CS2 yet. Valve need to make a fix with it.
Now regarding the fps issues - this map is pushing the boundaries of an engine that is not really designed to support large open areas. And I personally lack a certain amount of skills to work efficiently with Source 2 for now. I may try to seek out some potential fixes and improvements in the future as lots of features are not yet fully understood.

OMG I can't even begin to describe how good this is. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I love it. Of course improvements are always possible and some things seem a little unrealistic. But the many possibilities outweigh it all. One issue I'm sure you are aware of is the low fps. Another is the overly loud footsteps even when the team members are on different floors. Also, I noticed that bots get stuck on top of the elevator car.
