Just a last question : Is a compatibility patch needed for Asian Cultures & Culture super pack to be launched together ?
However there is a mod that edits the games files with BepInEx which locks culture picks based on territory on a huge Earth map so in theory it would be possible to lock culture picks based on this mod's regional effect. But I have no experience in coding so it isn't something I would be able to do.
I was wondering, would it be possible technically to limit the culture choices by Continent/Regional Bonuses ? Like, if you pick an Asian culture first, you can only pick other Asian cultures until the end of the game etc... (not for your main mod but as a submod or something, I could look into it too if that's possible)
Also, another question, is the AI encouraged to use those Regional Bonuses ?

My apologize for asking here, but can't find any help from modding community because amplitude's forum community is dead. Did you know which element I need to override to remove stability penalty from overpopulation? Can't anything close to it beside penalty stability from districts.
@Ajbuck13 As you can see Iam really inconsistent so I doubt I will ever go beyond cultures in the base game+dlcs. Every Culture needs like 10 files within the mod manager and then within those files there is like 10 lines making it messy and convoluted really quick.
