That depends on where you start though. There are starter playfields where carbon isn't much of an issue.

I have been thinking that builds for very early game should probably be built with steel rather than carbon in RE2. It may increase the weight a bit but now carbon is significantly more difficult to gather, especially on foot.

Thanks! For Landing gear just slap a landing pad on it. I didn't add it to keep the costs low as it isn't really needed until you have a CV.
