Consider using one of the already finished mods but do what you did to fix the hair. Your model is the only one with color accurate hair, the others are far too bright.

what about putting the model over francis bones and then porting to Nick? might fight the shoulder issue

Yes, it’s possible, but you’ll need to find a rigging master to help adjust it. My skills aren’t sufficient to figure it out.

The bones don't match the model very well. I already adjusted them once, but it's still not quite right. Previously, it was even worse—the spine ended up at the neck area.

the mod is ok, I don't think it's a bug but apparently Leon is bigger than usual, he's much bigger compared to the other survivors, even infected ones, kind of reminding myself of being the tallest of the group lol
