As for Kyou No Omikuji. For now, I'll leave it as is. Real world testing is required to determine exactly how good it is. For now it follows the standard set by Mino:

> I was trying to keep a consistent buff amount, where an item without any drawbacks would buff something about 20%, and items with drawbacks would be 30% or more depending on how big the drawback was.
kyou no omikuji: the lessened damage bonus kinda makes its downside significantly less worth it. 20%s and 30%s are decently common and losing ALL buffs and debuffs is pretty bad.
youkai bracelet: its kinda funny. thats about it.
Oni Staff: honestly I like this one. still restricts build use but actually gives a really good and interesting upside/downside trade.
Usagi Kamen: actually pretty good I can imagine some cool uses for this
Red Tanzaku: why 7 damage. that kneecaps basically everything and a even though rabbit luck is great, it basically locks you into a pretty bad loot build, and is worse than completely worthless early on.
All damage you deal increased by 30%. You cannot gain buffs or inflict debuffs.
