I never liked how a dozen of them will just cluster all next to each other in vanilla worldgen, but I assumed there was nothing that could be done about it. Now I think it was the exceptionally hilly/mountainous terrain limiting where NPC communities could spawn.
welp, time to go back to 1km..
Loot set to 500% is pretty sweet though.
Hope you keep working on this mod and are able to fix it, the map being 2x (maybe 3x in the future? :P) as big as normal would make the game even better than it already is, hopefully interiors get added too tho that seems unlikely haha
