Nah, I was playing No Mercy as Bill, and it appeared. However, it could have been a memory overload, as some mods that didn't conflict at all were missing.
Either you had something else on that enabled the L4D2 Hunter in the ones that have L4D1 specials, or you were just playing the Sacrifice
It also appeared in the L4D1 maps as well
