@Apothic I don't know if it still works after he latest updates, but you need to have a can in reach as well as a can opener, then you can right click the pot of stew/soup and select can stew/soup

how do i can the stews?

the only thing IMHO needed is just action to 'clean up' the empty can first
when such action not taken then chance of food rotting faster / food caused illness

I put the source code to the mod on Github now.

could be good to use the can sealer from zRe HOME COOKING MOD by kERHUS, i will check, i have another patch for that mod, mybe a can merge this with that

finally a use for those empty cans
