Disable "Enable Slow-Mo when Holding Breath (Singleplayer)" in the gameplay tab in ARC9 to fix the issue of this mod not working when using ARC9 weapons.

@charles, probably using arc9, Which for some reason doesnt work with this (possibly holding breath compat issues)

@Wild yea that's what I'm saying. I activate the slow mo, screen changes color and all that, and when I start shooting enemies, nothing changes. They don't highlight red when taking damage.

Everything works great, except npc's aren't highlighted in red for some reason. No errors pop up or anything
