Does this mod works with other mods like Compute Beta that add a bunch of other hardware and software types into the base game?

Yep, from my understanding of the code, when a company spawns, it currently cannot have a subsidary.

The emulation of the market happening at the start of every game will have each companies creating softwares, buying other companies, etc,... following the IA logic in the source code. And this is far more complex (and honestly beyond my skills) than replacing some random names generator

As requested, I will add a 2nd Nintendo company dedicated to game development. Something like "Nintendo Software" or "Nintendo Entertainment". Probably the latter as it seems more fitting as it closely resembles an actual Nintendo division.

Unfortunately, there is no way that I know to enforce the fact that a 2nd Nintendo company dedicated for games is owned by the first Nintendo console company.

This may be stupid, but couldn't you get round the restriction, where nintendo can only be a console company, by making a second nintendo 2 company and make it be owned by the first nintendo? or do n1ntendo to make it less noticable?

@cmac1977 : Unfortunately, I am unable to reproduce the error. I loaded an old save with the mod and also started a new one, and the buttons are present. Does it always happen on your games? Maybe it's a conflict with another mod? Have you tried with all other mods disabled if you have the same result?

I like the mod but it causes expansions and add ons button to disappear. So you can’t make expansions and add-ons.

Great mod, def a must have moving forward for my playthoughs! One thing, I'd suggest making Nintendo into two companies like Microsoft, one for the system and other for the games.

Starting a new run and this feels like a must have!
