Sorry it took me a few days to test. It says it removed 131 buildings which is very cool, but I can still select the three that I've known about (and deleting them with move-it or bulldozing etc still doesn't work). Any help is greatly appreciated!

Have you tried the button in the options panel of the mod? It might do the trick.

I have an issue with some zoned buildings that I can't delete. I have put them underwater so that they don't grow (if they do, then they will grow many buildings in one "lot"). I know your mod isn't designed for zoned buildings but could this be the same issue?
