I also buffed the Chaste option a little bit, it now has a Base Success chance of 30%, up from 15%. The impact of Leper has also been reduced from -45% to -35%.
If you are able to get Whole of Body, or Family First/Seducer, and reach a positive fertility value then you will be able to have children as Baldwin IV who I am using as a base for the lowest reasonable success chance.
With this update I added the missing Polish localization that I forgot to add to the previous version.
In addition the Whole of Body lifestyle trait, several health traits, and the Inbred congenital trait now all have an impact on the 'success chance' of the interaction. Most notably, the Leper trait has a significant impact on 'success chance' but should still be theoretically possible for someone like Baldwin of Jerusalem to succeed.
For reference, Leper has an impact of -45 on 'success chance', leaving a total of 5 for a standard character, which is a little less than half of the actual fertility impact.
With Baldwin as the example; he would have a total success chance of -30. Meaning you would need to gain at least +35 to your success score and reach a positive fertility value of at least 1%.
Inbred is currently the only congenital trait to impact 'success chance' as it doubles as health.
This update is mostly a refactor of the code, previously I was building variations for the different relationship combinations. I was able to reduce it down to one for each option, with variations handled internally. Now the fallback option and default option will always be the last two options.
Also, the 'success chance' of each option is now determined dynamically based on your character's traits. Certain traits provide a bonus to the base chance, as a result of this change the impact of certain traits on your 'success chance' has been reduced to allow room for dynamic change. The default 'success chance' remains at the same value of 50.
For example, having the Family First trait provides a +10 to the 'success chance'.
In addition the default, Lustful, and Chaste options have been consolidated into a single option that changes dynamically between them based on which trait you have. This change leaves more room for additional options in the future.
There doesn't seem to be any conflicts with the current game version, I will be waiting a week or so in case there are more hot-fixes before making the current game version the current supported version with an update. Make sure to let me know if any conflicts arise that you can attribute to this mod.

As for the Family Hierarch trait, it was not included with the Lustful/Seducer option because I didn't think it would quite fit with the wording. I did already plan to add it, likely with its own option or following a slight rewrite of the higher fertility option.

When it comes to the cool-down for the Interaction, I am extremely hesitant to reduce the time for two key reasons. One, the intention of Request Intimacy is to largely replace the vanilla mechanic of having to re-seduce people in order to have children one per year by allowing you to do so simply through a interaction. Two, it is already quite easy to weaponize the Request Intimacy interaction to usurp the bloodline of every major title within diplomatic range be seducing their spouse and that is with a 12 month cool-down. Remember that the cool-down is for them, not you.
While you will get the Recently Intimate modifier, you are not as restricted by it is as they are.
I could consider including a few situational conditions, since I am preparing for some refactoring.
- Characters targeted by the Request intimacy interaction could have a cool-down affected by their personality traits. Lustful being available sooner, for example.
Added support for the Cannibal trait and Cannibal secret. Support can be Enabled or Disabled in Game Rules.
Localization for Polish is now available, this was done with program assistance so it may not be accurate, but it should be passable.

This update shouldn't cause any major problems with active saves, however new features may not be available until you start a new game.
Consolidated the stress loss values for Deviant-trait and Deviant-secret Options. Also added missing Deviant options for same sex couples.
This update adds support for the Deviant trait and the Deviant secret. Players with either can now effectively spread Deviancy through engaging in it in secret with their partners.
I really like how it doesn't overwrite any vanilla files, and based on a quick scan through the files, seems to be compatible with everything.
This mod doesn't add its own custom character interaction categories, which means it plays nicely with those that do and won't cause those 'right-click = crash to desktop' type crashes.
