Huntress's skin is white, crop top is white, hair is white, eyes are white, and shoes are white, so I think it's a shame because the white mass seems to be moving in flashlight. The concept is so cool :D

Well, it could have a combination of the concept art of the necromorphs from Dead Space and yes, rotten and old zombies, with their skin falling off, and showing their bones and some organs coming out, and also having mutations to stop them from being generic zombies and causing discomfort.
And about the nightmare modpack thing, maybe it could be in all nightmare collections.

There's lots of cool stuff that can be done with commons, like making them more like deadbodies/traditionnal zombies, and even that can be done in a bunch of different ways. Pale sickly corpses ? Old rotten zombies ? Gored fresh zombies with blood all over them ? Or maybe something more monstrous with mutations and stuff ?
While you kinda have to keep the human silhouette, and in most cases can't use normal maps for these, the rest is up to you : D

@nero115935 Well the basis was that the hunter was supposed to be a dog, back in early l4d dev. I found the idea of the mutation trying to go back to that pretty cool. Then a bunch of design iterations happened until I got to this point : D

Nope, the common won't have wolf skulls. Wolf skulls are too unique to the twisted huntress, with the limited amount of variation I can put it, it wouldn't work great.
They'll have mutations that distort their facial structure, double faces, stuff like that. A mix of nightmare fuel and corpses I guess ?

puntress, i wondered what was the inspiration to do the freaky werewolf mutant ? and would the common look the same ?
