It looks better on weapons like the back-scratcher because of how it was lined up, looking nice and straight on the rake head of the weapon. The handle not being the brick pattern is good...
Because it looks odd on when it wraps around a round part of a weapon! The scattergun and rocket launcher you have in the thumbnail look passable though.
The colours and logo are excellent!

I don't think this goes well as a War Paint because the bricks don't adhere nicely to the weapon body (see: the degreaser in your promos). A UV skin with each part being different LEGO bricks (i.e. the Rocket Launcher's main section being 1x1 round bricks, or the Black Box being a 2x2 stack) could work out, however.

Props for the textures looking nice in isolation, however. The War Paint just sadly falls flat because it's a War Paint.

this should have a unique perk where stepping on any weapon with this warpaint would cause 50 damage fitting perfectly of Lego's aesthetic

I'd advise removing the description trying to defend this item preemptively, it looks bad on your part. Though it still fits the game, it's a messy skin I think.
