also sorry for the long essay haha
Anyway, here's what I can do:
Option 1
I'll tweak the spawn rates to make them more dramatic. Meaning the value for the rare options and common options make the items far more rare and far more common than they already do. I'll also add another option on both ends to make it even more dramatic. Something like "Insanely Rare" and "Insanely Abundant"
If you're curious, the current lowest option makes them spawn only 20% than normal. I'll make the new lowest probably like 1% or even 0.5%.
Option 2
I could instead make it to where the player changes the exact percentage chance in the sandbox settings. Probably like 0.0% - 200.0%.
I saw the options to change spawn rates afterwards...
even on low settings they seem to appear relatively frequently
maybe it's just the fact they have multiple flavors
would you consider allowing more granular control and/or an option to go lower?
I like the idea of them being pretty rare like a treat you stumble on once every other playthrough
There is already a sandbox settings for both the can and the pack spawn rates but if you’d rather have settings for each type of can flavor it shouldn’t be hard to add.
additionally, can you consider adding a sandbox option to tweak the spawn rates?
