just use nav_generate and use a tool like easy navmesh tool to edit it to your liking

its tjoc (trying to capitalize on the fact this is the only pc2 map rn)

its mostly done, i just need to fix the lighting since its too dark, make the props unable to be moved by the physgun since theyre prop_dynamic_override, and add stuff like the windows
