Strongly disreccomended. Has a 4 move infinite with no DI scaling that includes an OTG, and they can combo into it off of just about anything. It's also standard ceiling-to-floor combo, just about, so you can't really be knocked high enough to get out of it, and again, landing on the floor is part of the infinite.

couple of moves, black flashes, sure there are a couple of moves that would make the character better but that could be said for every character (excluding wraith)
