Ok, shame, not sure how to reverse this, getting excessive intel now.

Buying with Intel is the norm. If you are buying with Supplies instead, that's a LWOTC thing.

Hmm I can sell for Intel or Supplies, but I thought I could BUY items for my Intel as well but it seems I can't.

Is there something else I need to adjust in the config file for buying with intel?

Maybe I misunderstand mod.

ive been trying to get intel trading working for hours and it wont work, i need it for another mod that use intel to call airstrikes

I have the impression that with a large amount of loot in the inventory (especially from mods) in the soldier prepare menu there are lags, with the progression of the amount of loot

Hello, could you help me? I don't understand how to enable intel trading. I've set it to "true" at the
config file, but I still don't see this option at the market.

Clicking confirm to sell items can feel weirdly fast now but rest assured it is working correctly.

Amazing qol mod as usual this helps with long games alot.

I don't know about others' experiences, but the Black Market lag was definitely an issue for me when playing LWOTC with a large list of finite items, including upgraded weapons.

List items "loading in" slowly is not lag. They are intentionally delayed to come in one after the other and that gets really annoying with longer lists. This is harder to "fix" from a mod as the length of the delay is a shared const variable in code. This change would have to go in the Highlander and wouldn't affect everything automatically because of the variable having been a const.

Also, the Black Market lag is only on the sell screen and the worst when mousing over the list and using the scrollwheel.

Going in to sell tab would crash the game without this mod, if you play vanilla you probably wont notice any change.

Would it be possible to apply same principles to speed up other places? Like Proving grounds and build screen and the combo res&dev screen, those are laggy as well

Huh, interesting. Could be a mod list thing? Mine does slow down quite significantly near the end, though I also seem to be less affected than most. (seen people report 1FPS with the menu open)

@XpanD Near the end. I've been having zero problems with it over several campaigns using the BMEI mod. For me, the lag happens in the engineering build section, especially weapons graphics loading when scrolling down.

How far are you into the game, DaViper? The lag tends to get (much) worse the longer you go.

I'm currently running the BMEI mod with no real issues (not laggy for me). What functionality does this add (other than a lag fix)?

Yes, those are simply loot tables and only affect the buy screen.

Hello, is this compatible with the different mods that add new items to the black market (e.g. that cryolite mod that just released, but also the one that sells meld)

The order comes from XCom HQ inventory order with interest items moved to top. Sorting them further than that would slow down opening of the screen again as I removed some of the slow down of that, too. I would prefer to sort the inventory list itself but there's no handy hook to use for that so I'm not sure what to do about it.

You can use Filtered Menus to make browsing them a bit better. It could use some more filtering options, though.
