Jackhammer and Morita AR scripts are hot and ready.

I thought that increasing Jackhammer's overall damage is kinda pointless (it's already one-shots Hunters and Smokers up close) so I increased damage per pellet, increased accuracy, but reduced number of pellets to 6 (so now it's, technically, 000 Buckshot)

Also make a Pancor Jackhammer script for the Tactical Shotgun and Combat Shotgun (10 rounds and buffed damage)
