@Priestie Sure thing, I wanna ppl to enjoy my mod and not giving up in frustration. Also this respawning Issue is coming up and I really have no clue why lol.

@Priestie I have exchanged the Elite Goon for a Normal one, hope that helps! As for the Respawn, he should not be spawning twice, its an issue that was solved before. So now I am puzzled why its back up, looking into it.
I hope you will now be able to beat this fight and enjoy the rest of the Story.

I really want to like this mod. Clearly alot of love went into making it, and thank you. But I think I'm missing something. I can't even seem to survive getting out of the starting area. I've tried putting it on the easiest difficulty, i've tried save scumming (not made easier by the fact that an elite respawns near the radio on load each load, even if you've killed him.) I'd love to see the story but I can't get past the combat. Why are all the enemy elite on the first level?

@Malaktica I am sorry for the inconvenience, does the Mod run now? (the error only refers to the background image on Main Menu and should have no further impact)
All I can think of it, that there is another mod installed with the Same UI Change (Like HH2) or maybe try loading the mod and then restarting the Game (UI sometimes needs a fresh launch)

update:
Sorry I was able to play it when I enabled "JA_CommonLib"! However I still get the following error on menu screen after the game finished to load.
"Mod HoneymoonHell: Code/Script.lua:1- attempt to call a nil value (global 'UIChangeControl')

I am not sure what is wrong because everybody seems to be able to play the mod but when I enable the mod, restart the game, then I get this error popping on the menu screen:
"Mod HoneymoonHell: Code/Script.lua:1- attempt to call a nil value (global 'UIChangeControl')

When I try to start a "HoneymoonHell" campaign, it start loading but after a few second, the start screen background is back without the menu and I can just escape and back to the start screen...

I try to reinstall the game, do an file integrity verification, and I just use this mod currently.

Do I have to do something in the settings to get it works??

HI I just played through this and really enjoyed it, especially finding the sniper rifle :) Some crazy damage from the demo charges too. Carmen's ability can basically take out one guy every time, and so I had to deal with the respawning Ganger as well like this. I thought it was too hard until I had the sniper rifle, and then I just had all the bad guys run toward me while I backed off with the sniper. Same deal in vanilla JA3. Anyway, I enjoyed and will play the second installment :)

@[PBS]João yea chr_isso told me about it as well, I looked into it and I have no idea why this keeps happening, maybe b/c of the setpiece, dunno. will have to investigate further
when i tested it, it worked fine only when playing the entire sequence, video start conversation goons until defeating them, w/o any reloading. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Alright will look into it, yes its because its very tightly scripted, you are supposed to go from the Wreckage, to the Overheard, to the first Encampent and from then it does not matter anymore. Will try to find a way to make them active only after the first unit is dead.

Hmm yea the only way would be to delete the savegames manually and disable steams cloud saving. Sorry you had a bad experience, will see if there is smth I can do about. Can you tell me which enemy, so I can put in a failsafe?

The premise is intriguing and made me very much want to play. Unfirtunately, I couldn't go very far because a bug in the save files kept recalling an enemy that I had previously killed, and it threw the rest out of whack.

I tried to go on after that, but I couldn't progress - it kept recalling the same character again and again as soon as I loaded a save.

Well, this mod should be run as it is, since all dialogues and triggers are just build around those two units. There are other mods, my single map campaigns like the Bridge, Marsh, Outpost, those you should be able to run alongside other mods!

I'm curious about these scenario mods, can you have other mods installed along with this or should it be run as is? Does it use vanilla assets or did you create your own custom ones and adding other mods would have conflicts?
