Is it possible to also lower generals upkeep cost ? I see that with the mod active the generals upkeep is still 300.

It should be compatible.

This mod is very light & should be compatible with everything, in the worst case another mod may override it.

Is it compatible with mod - Brutal Bronze less administrative burden?

u are right, AI always have insane amounts of food

Yes, with thoses modifications AI will field the same amount of troops as you would with the same territory.

Is this meant to counter the resource cheat the AI gets?
