After building an Old Earth Relic the Iron Pact will get ridiculous amounts of growing yield for energy, culture and science (like 6-10 growth per turn). Please look into it.
I guess you'd have to edit the meta-data of he save file.
The code from Buildings goes into "Sid Meier's Civilization Beyond Earth\assets\Gameplay\XML\Buildings\CivBEBuildings.xml" in your installation folder, the Text stuff goes into "Sid Meier's Civilization Beyond Earth\assets\Gameplay\XML\Text\en_US\CivBEGameTextInfos_Buildings.xml" (for the english stuff, the rest to the respective subfolders).
Either manually copy&paste the changes over the existing entries or try placing the <Replace> commands below the normal code. Either should work (but I have tested neither). Expect achievements to be disabled because the checksum changes.
If the problem persists remove it from the mod list and wait for the game to re-download it.
I am also using the Last Trade Route mod (amongst others) and everything is working fine.
RCX: I doubt anyone uses mods on their first playthrough, and this mod is essential on any other ;)
