W.I.P. means Work in Progress, which means its still being developed. There's teasers on their discord server, where they're currently working on the American Focus Tree.

This is a great mod thus far. Personally, I am looking forward to seeing how it evolves over time. It is exciting to think about all the wacky technology, diplomacy, and alt-history this mod will have to offer. Keep up the good work!
