Yup! It does (as far as I know. I use the 2 together, and the game functions)
However, it does lessen how much better this mod is, as since vanilla ideology expanded increases the max number of memes, this mod (more max memes) only makes it 12.5 times better (:

I'll be honest, my modding skills aren't the best. I primarilly did some alterations to his folder structure (his repository stores all his mods in a folder true), updated the tag, and did some simple streamlining.
I've never seen that error, and have no idea what that means truly.

it works with Vanilla Memes Expanded. It overwrites it so it goes from 8 to 100, and thus 12.5 times better!
