I don't see why not. I just posted an update that helps a little, if you experience an issue please let me know.
These where actually in the mod previously but I removed them when cleaning up and making the mod smaller and more manageable. I expect I will re-add these at some point.
I guess this will become more important as I plan to make the mod harder with the next update.
The thing is, it grants a very valuable +150 political power, probably one of the best early focuses since you very badly need political power to do pretty much anything.
All that really needs to be done is just to have the effect of the event say "+150 Political Power, get event 'blah blah blah'." Other events that aren't clear in what they do could also really benefit from a description that, well, describes what they do.
