My project Unlameifier adds them universally but Stan_Jacobs is working on adding MLOK attachments for charms for EFT Extras.

EFT guns don't have charm mounts unfortunately

Very heavily modified version of Darsu's EFT ARs. It's far from finished so don't hold your breath on it releasing any time soon.

Yes, you are not obligated to work on it, I just felt like stating my mind on a somewhat divisive topic. As I have said "If Arctic and his dev team develop ARC9, then that is fine." If you wish further discussion, you can DM me. Otherwise, lets just leave here and let people enjoy an addon.

You do understand that we sincerely rather be working on new things than having to devote our free time to fixing legacy projects when newer and more polished versions of them exist? We're not on a payroll like how Valve is, where the argument to fix TF2 is much more understandable. We're all enthusiasts having fun with making toys. If those toys break and its creator isn't interested in repairing them, that's the final word. They are under no obligation beyond personal interests.

8Z, ArcCW's maintainer, has moved on to TacRP. By all accounts, ArcCW is officially dead.

I understand that ArcCW might've been a janky mess that nobody wants to go through the trouble of fixing, yet the addon has around 800,000+ people still actively subscribed to the addon and dozens upon dozens of people are constantly putting bug reports into its bug thread. Maybe the scenario that satisfies everyone may not be the easy route, but something should be done. Im not one to comment on what should be done or if it should be done, but in my personal opinion, there should at least be an effort to futureproof ArcCW. The public opinion seems to also be that ArcCW shouldn't have been completely abandoned in favor of ARC9. If Arctic and his dev team develop ARC9, then that is fine. I'm just stating my opinion, in a manner more favorable than "OMFG WORK ON ARCCW YOU NERD!!!!!111!!!!" With that said, I find this addon hilarious. thank you.

arccw is dead because we moved onto arc9.

Under the hood, ArcCW is a mess. It was based off ArcVR's code and while it works in multiplayer a little better, everything else is iffy in how it works. Nobody wants to go back to fix it for a reason.

speaking of arc9 and arccw, i tend to flip between the two depending on how im feeling. I also feel like arccw should atleast have all its issues fixed before being given a send-off and the dev focusing on arc9. I get it, arc9 is cool and new, but arccw should be given a "proper burial" so that people can go back and use it without the issues it has plaguing it now.
