@Syntex Well uhm 🤓 now that I'm looking at the the screenshots more closely, those pins are really too high for a German stahlhelm. Haven't checked if they are different in-game.

@Iron Wrong, these are German M16s, because there are small points (liner pins) on the lower part of the helmet that hold the leather strap. The liner pins on the Austrian M17s are much higher placed than those on the German helmets.

Loving the new update so far, if there were brown webbing for Bavarians, that would be the icing on the cake, oh and the M1907 Uniform too.

Update: Added canvas covered picklehaubes for the soldiers, period accurate tornisters, and breadbag straps.

I was contemplating changing it out with something else. I got these from Strasse's Reichswehr pack actually. I don't know where they came from originally, I was primarily focused on modifying the straps to make them as accurate as I could. As for the picklehaube, I might add ones with canvas cover for the soldiers.

i see, thought it looked similar to the french knapsack, not an expert on german gear but i have a swedish knapsack 1915 (or 1905), which are essentially the same as the old german tornisters used in ww1, with wooden frame and such,

The tornister is actually the {pm0V3} WW2 French backpack, it works well enough imo
also the Jager pouches are the Box pouches, dunno if that's it's actual term or not

These are late infantry in their field configuration so it wouldn’t really make sense for them to wear that. But when feldgenarmerie drops they will have picklehaubes for everyone.
