I can see this becoming a must have in my modlist.
As you say you're going to accept pull request on Github, would it be possible to create Toggles for individual mods? I'm afraid that contributor are going to use this excessively and that some mod's I'd prefer to keep separate are going to be merged somewhere I don't want them.
