On second thought, I think I can use NerevarRising97's MilSim mods for the helmet to create a pseudo SEAL.

This is the closest we ever get to see UnslainDragon's BO2 SEAL mod because he outright said he didn't want to make them lmfao.

can we get a Crosby version of this with the helmet too?
