It depends on the vehicle, I think the doors cannot be opened for this addon

if the LW sprinter swb/lwb itself's supported by photon, it works. idk if it supports as I stopped developing Gmod addons

Nice, finaly a good Aussie ems skin. Mabey you could make a Vicorian Ambulance Service skin. If you do, make shure it has Mica on the side.
