@rsdworker Right click on that very small elevator button and the text whether it's available or not will appear above your character's head. Right-click the button again to take the elevator, but this elevator only allows you to select up or down a few floors, not a specific floor

so how its works? i tried but nothing happens - even highest building is powered on

Can I use a generator to activate the elevator after a power outage? I know that some buildings also have elevators in the basement, and the basement cannot currently be energized with a generator
