If you are testing in multiplayer/MPI, then unfortunately it won't work there because the game doesn't whitelist .tga files for multiplayer. It should work fine in single player or campaigns.

This mod won't activate on my Windows 11 Machine. I'm also running Better Terrain & Quieter Armory.

Possibly! Bzone Sphinx made some nice moon textures, but it would be cool to have overhauled terrain for other worlds.
