I mostly used the distortion VST plugin by MeldaProduction, in combination with voicemod to lower my voice a bit and equalize it, along with adding a very subtle flanger effect if I remember correctly

maybe you could try uninstalling and reinstalling one or both of them

I'll see if I can fix it soon since they shouldn't be turning against each other especially in story mode
alternative for dialogue is just making like agent noises like "eh ah hm ah"
the dialogue sounds just reuse the affirmative voicelines, since when I first recorded them I didn't realize there was a category for dialogue, but I might add them in the future ^^
if not then i suggest making them just radio noises like the n51 voices
