The masks should use some more rivets, like around the whole head rather than just the beak. The rivets look more like bolts (and they make it look more like a Robotic Boogalo version of a plague doctor mask), shrink them down and round them out just a bit more. The filter should definitely be redesigned, the square holes are too flat and could be replaced with like a small cage or vent-lines. The paint region only being the metal plate on the beak doesn't look that great, maybe change that to the eyes or change it to the rivets (if you plan on adding more of them).
Overall this is a good idea, it just needs some more work.
It feels like it would work a lot better for more paints if it were to be on either the eyes and/or the filters (side bits) of the mask.
Outside of darker paints, it just stands out in a very strange way that looks out of place for formal loadouts.
If the region has to be in that particular spot - I'd recommend either darkening some of the other paints (see the Tuxedo Royale's Stirred Style) or apply another text on top of it (see the Impact Impaler) to reduce the brightness of some of the more questionable paints.
Other than that, I like the idea of a Plague Mask on Pyro, and wouldn't mind seeing it this Scream Fortress.
