That's the thing though, 3 years in a row Valve has added things that clearly should be Halloween Restricted but don't, such as the Wandering Wraith or this years Demo Detonator half-blown up face. If they add this, you can confidently know that they WONT Halloween Restrict it.
If valve still curated what should be restricted, i would gladly vote for this, and people who create workshop items have no control or say what should be restricted, that's ultimately up to volvo.
