Hi, this mod also adds an effect to garrisoned armies, that reduces unit upkeep by 25% and increases the replenishment rate by 10%. Is this intended?
I already managed to do that from my end. "force_to_force_own_enemy_territory"
Also, was it intended to leave taurox out?
I'm not sure which effect_scope would do that though.
Therefore the upkeep cost reduction is meant to compensate for the fact that your army is not doing something that will earn a lot of loot.
That is the number 1 reason why I never bothered using raiding - you were always sacrificing thousands of gold by not just commiting to the ultra agressive playstyle that the game forces you to take.
So that's why the reduction is so high. It makes raiding viable as an alternative to seeking endless battles.
Tbf norsca is essentially this.

Likely not the scope of your mod.

@Ragnarjan I disagree. Remember that they have reduced movement and are tired in battle, making raiding armies easy targets. It's just given a greater reward for the risk raiding creates and would give a player a reason to actually do it outside of the orcs and norsca who have raiding camps, which is essentially encamp stance with extra money.
50% is necessary because when you raid you are usually forgoing the opportunity to attack an enemy army or city and to take loot. the 50% reduction compensates for this.
