ok when you get the download folder you go to the pointedit.exe (something like that) right click it and click create shortcut or drag it to your desktop either should work

Thanks but I meant where do I place the PointEdit (from the link in the description) download into the correct folder for it to work for me. Or, am I doing it wrong? ty

This should be the designated location for the level files C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Gunpoint\Levels (just put your saved level in this file, click edit, and you should see an option to send to workshop if you want)
