Check out the glowstone mod! Glowstone glows, but doesn't produce heat. You can make glowing columns, sculptures and I think a few other things out of it.
May or may not be in the midst of a climate cycle at its hottest point, mid-summer with max axial tilt from planet gen expanded, and have the global warming event running... it's 90 degrees centigrade outside the fact that my colonists are alive is a miracle.
Also, you forgot to add a <WorkToMake> to the statBases, so the recipe is finished immediately.

Another amazing Detvisor mod, made with love and care, whilst it could potentially benefit with more content, its still a great addition! Great work!
@Sir Gorwyd The heater can explode when damaged, everything else is light, and light is hardly important enough to require balancing like that in my eyes.
