it ent kills every infected on the map. they will respawn whenever the game decides to respawn them. If you use it during a horde event they will respawn instantly. If you use it when its already quiet they probably wont come back at all

@Haven and anybody else whos interested, I've updated the mod so that it now removes finale Tanks. From my tests, it occasionally didn't work, but using an extra pill bottle or two removed them properly.

in seriousness, thats a bit odd. Its set up to Ent kill every infected, so it should get them. unless the finale tanks are classified as something else Im not familiar with
