Just letting you know that you forgot to include the materials folder for all of the models. (Or that's what I assume from the lack of textures on the NPCs.)

No mat_specular 0 doesn't seem to fix, seems a lot of the troopers have broken textures?

Okay for some reason they randomly broke, their textures are bugged, do these require mat_specular 0 to display properly perhaps?

nice! A updated and new, recent storm trooper Star Wars NPC pack... exactly what I am looking for right now as all the old ones are either bugged or way too bloated, outdated etc.

Thanks for this, packed conveniently with no extra requirements, couldn't ask for better. Excited to test these!
