You have to change the sound layer from 0 to another number. Layer 0 is the same layer as the Prefight & Combat music.

There maximum sound layers you can use for a level is 7.

I ran into enemies being stuck as well, but tried turning my frames down like modeststeemenjoyer said and it worked. Not sure if I got lucky or if that is what fixed it but it's what worked for me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (

To anyone experiencing enemies getting stuck I am still trying to fix it. I can't replicate the problem on my end so it's harder for me to fix.
