@MrBionicle: It's a reference to the character of Herbert West the Re-Animator... more to the movie adaptations than to the novella by H.P. Lovecraft (which HPL wrote on commission in a serialized chapter format because he needed the money, but he hated the lurid gory shock value stuff, but that was what the client wanted).

Oofff, man~ I think that it would be nice cosmetic for salty Battle Medics like that Psycho's Mask for Sniper. It has so much E D G E in it, you know what I mean?
