works for me. Seems like a mod for people who enjoy late games i know i do.
if i recall i believe (depending on certain conditions ) one can win within turn 150-160. fastest i ever won was around turn 190 more or less. i know im going to enjoy your mod since i usually like draging things out in my games and only bother with the victory conditions when the AI starts doing something about it which is usually around turn 300-420. (Or when im near a time victory which suxs imo)
So this is a great mod for me since i usually end up taking my sweet time doing these things.

Could you make a verson of this that makes one resource every 10 and lasts 30 turms, please?

I suggest you keep resource spawning to vanilla. Not only do those resources become too abundant to strategically use/trade/settle around, the bonus buildings for each resource end up absurdly overpowered in a short amount of time. Consider that by midgame you should have access to the resources to field 3-4 at a time.

And a suggestion for both satellites: guarantee a resource spawn once the satellite de-orbits. That way, once the maximum spawns are generated you can't just delete the satellite and send another.

Hmm, I don't think it's my mod. It's quite simple, no game logic is changed here.

I don't know if its your mod or not but in Late game if I have some Satelites in Orbit my game always crashes when i use one or start a new one ? anyone knows this ?

Great mod. But these satellites are very expensive. Can you make a version of the mod that reduces the cost (i.e. less petroleum and titanium?) Or make one unit cost 1 petroleum and 1 floatstone, and the other 1 titanium and 1 floatstone?. Thank you.

if he decreased the time that it orbits then it would be more overpowered and then you could get three garenteed and 6 possible resources in a one hex radius instead of one of his current one now you can get 1 guarenteed and up to 7 in a 1 hex radius

It cost's only energy / production. When you can build it, it will take your capital 2 - 3 turns to build one :D.

Well I don't know yet, maybe I'll change it to minimum 0, so it's a bit more risky :)

Well, yes, but it also costs three times more resources if you have to build three. And it seemed to me that the waiting was at least as much a problem as the number.

Or you could do a compromise. A chance for one resource more and half the time in space. That would make it 2-6.

Aulis Vaara if I change time to 20 turns then 3 (1 - 2 resource) orbitals will be now as 1 (1 - 7 resource) this equals minimum 3 resource spawn max 6 to minimum 1 resource spawn max 6. What is more balanced :)?

LaikPL this is change on both orbitals: weather controller and orbital fabricator ;).

Sherwood374, I didn't change live time. Both still exist for 60 turns and can spawn resources at random :)

About spawning on improved tiles, I'll check it out ;)

Legend is correct, and I would love to fix that, even if it means the new resource removes the old improvement. By the time I unlock this tech, every workable tile already has an improvement on it. I can still get oil off the coast, but, come on, I want some firaxite too.

Can you possibly change it so that these orbitals can also spawn resources on terrain that already has an improvement on it?

If I recall correctly, these orbitals only spawn rescources on unimproved terrain in the vanilla game.
